Hong Kong actress Ada Choi (蔡少芬) announced this afternoon that she was pregnant with her second child!
The excited Ada shared the happy news on her Weibo today, “I have a happy secret to share. Our little glutinous rice ball (Nickname of Ada’s daughter, Zoe) will have a companion next year!”
Shortly after, Ada’s husband Max Zhang (张晋) replied chirpily, “Mother of glutinous rice ball, we can’t hide your stomach if you still do not say it”.
After Ada’s happy announcement, many celebrity friends such as Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼), Bernice Liu (廖碧兒) and Sheren Tang (鄧萃雯) congratulated her on the micro-blog.
It appears that some of Ada’s friends Zhang Ziyi (章子怡) and Hacken Lee (李克勤) had already known about her pregnancy beforehand.
Ziyi replied Ada, “I can finally congratulate the two of you! Zoe has company now!”
Hacken also wrote, “I can finally congratulate your family ‘officially’. Ryan and Rex (Hacken’s children) have another play mate!”
Ada was married to Chinese actor, Max in 2008 and had their first daughter in May last year.
