Andy Lau’s daughter, Hanna turned three this year, and will attend a nursery this September.

Since last year, Andy and his wife, Carol Chu have been bringing their daughter to various schools for interviews and visits.

Unlike most celebrities, Andy did not intentionally select an international school, but instead enrolled his daughter in an ordinary kindergarten, Good Hope School.

The school is a traditional Chinese school in Hong Kong, and its school fee is estimated at NT$200,000 per year. This is considered cheap as compared to other celebrities’ children who was enrolled in international schools, which cost more than NT$500,000.

Andy also has a strict parenting style, and does not want his daughter to grow up being spoiled.

He teaches his daughter to wear her shoes and tie shoelaces, and also forbid her to watch the television and use the computer. Baby Hanna also has to tuck in to bed by 9 pm every night, and has to wake up at a certain time in the morning.
