After announcing their wedding plans, Ekin Cheng (鄭伊健) and Yoyo Mung (蒙嘉慧) are tight-lipped about their wedding date. Hong Kong tabloids reported that Ekin and Yoyo had secretly married at Fukuoka in Japan last week.
An eye witness disclosed that the couple with their family consisting of 8 people took a business class flight to Fukuoka last Friday. The couple was said to have held a low profile wedding there.
As Yoyo mentioned before that the couple planned to do away with wedding banquet and might even had a spontaneous wedding, the news do not come as a surprise to many. In addition, Yoyo and Ekin like travelling to Japan and could be likely to hold their wedding there.
Ekin’s manager denied their wedding rumours and said, “I do not think so. Even if they are getting married, they will choose Beijing instead of Japan.”
However, Ekin’s manager admitted that the couple were on vacation but was not sure if they had already travelled to Japan.
