The marriage of Huang Yi and her husband, Huang Yiqing was estranged after Huang Yi was accused of having an affair with a businessman. After that, the couple is constantly at each other’s throats and exposes dirty linen about one another.

The confinement lady criticised Huang Yiqing for neglecting his wife and failing to take care of her during her confinement period.
“That man has no sense of responsibility. He never asked about Huang Yi during her confinement and was cold towards her.”
She recalled that Huang Yiqing had a bad temper and flared up for no reasons.
“There was once we went for a meal. After getting down the car, he asked Huang Yi if she took her bag. After Huang Yi said no, he just left the child there and took the bag. When he returned, he slapped Huang Yi and she cried badly. I have never seen anything like this and could only console her.”
The confinement lady expressed that she would be willing to testify for Huang Yi if she proceeded with her divorce.
