Barely within 24 hours, Brother’s Keeper’s <巨輪> stars Ruco Chan and Louis Yuen were involved in separate car accidents.

Yesterday morning, Ruco was driving Linda Chung to the pier to attend a promotional event in Macau when he collided with a taxi at a junction. Afraid that both would miss the event, Ruco dropped Linda first while he stayed behind to deal with the case. Upon settlement with the taxi driver, Ruco rushed to Macau via a helicopter.

Ruco expressed that he had not involved in a car accident for 10 years and was apologetic that the accident obstructed the traffic for more than 10 minutes.

“I have made a settlement with the taxi driver and will discuss the compensation with him when I return to Hong Kong,” said Ruco.

Compared to Ruco, Louis’ car was badly crushed. At 9 pm two nights ago, Louis was driving along a tunnel when he suddenly lost control of his car and crashed into another vehicle. The impact was so huge that his car overturned and skidded for a while before coming to a stop.

Although Louis’ car was badly crashed, he was lucky to to escape without an injury and eventually crawled out from his car safely.

“When the car overturned, I only wanted to protect my face from injury and used my hands to cover it,” recalled Louis.

Louis felt bad about crashing onto someone’s car and will give the other party his free concert tickets. Asked if he had a ‘heartache’ for crashing his beloved car, Louis said, “It’s less than a year car. No choice, I will treat the money spent as averting a misfortune.”
