G.E.M. Tang attended the QQ Music Awards Ceremony in Shenzhen recently. The 24-year-old Hong Kong singer won the the Best Singer in Hong Kong / Taiwan region and the Best Album.
However, it was G.E.M.’s outfit which has become a talking point!
During her performance, G.E.M. wore a fluorescent yellow fur coat, matched with a light purple bra top and a high wasted shorts. Unfortunately, her sexy image did not go too well with the netizens.
Many netizens remarked that G.E.M.’s mini shorts made her look like she was wearing diapers. Some even commented that her image looked “cheap”.
One netizen even said, “You think you are Taylor Swift?”
This is not the first time which G.E.M. was criticised for her image. She was often mocked for wearing the wrong clothes. Often dressed in tight leather pants, G.E.M. was mocked once for almost splitting her pants. At a charity event earlier, she was also mocked for wearing a curtain blouse.
