JJ Lin has finally plucked up his courage to profess his love for Hebe Tien!
At JJ’s Taipei concert two days ago, Jolin Tsai played the role of cupid after knowing that Hebe whom JJ had a crush on was present in the audience. Jolin said to Hebe, “He is really a great guy. Are you able to accept his invitation to be friends?”
JJ looked shyly at Hebe and said, “Thank you for coming here today.”
After Jolin walked down the stage, JJ suddenly walked down the stage towards Hebe while singing Soy Milk and Dough Fritters <豆漿油條>. Biting a piece of dough fritter, he tried to offer to Hebe but was rejected by her. He then surprised her with another cup of soy milk which was finally accepted by Hebe. After the song, JJ gave Hebe a hug and drew screams from the audience.
The Singaporean singer subsequently invited Hebe on a mid-air swing and sang the ballad Little Dimple <小酒窩> sweetly to her. Halfway through the song, JJ even said to her, “You are so cute!”
During his post-concert celebration, JJ expressed his feelings about his love declaration to his goddess. “I have completely gave it all out.”
“I was quite nervous at that time and heard that she had a phobia for height. I thank her for co-ordinatng with me and so supportive to me.”
Asked if he would start his courtship soon, JJ said, “I think I will ask her out for a meal or movie, but will need to ask along some friends to pluck my courage.”
Jolin was happy to be able to create an opportunity for JJ. “I am happy for him. He is a role model for everyone. If you like someone, you have to say it out courageously.”
