Vanness Wu and Arissa Cheo tied the knot at The Pelican Hill Resort in Los Angeles on 16 November 2013.
After being hounded by paparazzi during their wedding registration in Singapore recently, the couple decided to keep their wedding ceremony away from the paparazzi. Security guards were hired at the wedding reception to prevent unwanted guests from sneaking into the venue.
The wedding venue boasts a magnificent Pacific Ocean view with white roses decorated around the place. The couple wedded in an American traditional fashion at 3 pm, which was followed by a buffet dinner and a party afterwards.
The bride and groom led the first dance of the night and were joined by the rest of the guests on stage. The couple’s parents then delivered their speeches, which was followed by a cake cutting ceremony.
Finally, Vanness’ good friend, Elva Hsiao, performed the song I Do and gave her blessings to the couple. She said, “The lyrics of this song talks about eternal happiness and I wish them eternal happiness.”
Vanness and Arissa fell in love when shooting a music video in 2006. The couple has broken up before but after reconciliation, their relationship grows even stronger. The couple filed their notice of marriage on 9 August 2013.
Yesterday, Vanness posted his wedding photos and shared his happiness to his fans. Attaching a kissing photo, Vanness wrote, “And they lived happily blessed after, In Jesus name amen.”
He also posted a dancing photo of himself and Arissa and wrote romantically, “Finally, I found someone whom I can dance till the end.”
