A fan who had first accused Sonia Siu for acting like a diva has now come forth and claimed that Sonia crafted an apology letter for her to publish!
The saga first started in end June when Sonia’s drama crew requested Ms Ye to lend her car for a filming. In return for her car loan, Ms Ye requested to take a picture with Sonia and the crew agreed. After waiting for a long time to meet Sonia, she rejected taking a photo with Ms Ye.
Ms Ye then blasted The Fierce Wife star for her snobbish behaviour and even took a dig at Sonia’s failed relationship. She wrote on her Facebook, “No wonder Yao X Hao chooses X Wang.”
Four days later, Ms Ye apologised to Sonia and said that it was only a misunderstand. When everyone thought that the saga had come to a closure, Ms Ye recently exposed that her apology letter was crafted by Sonia and her assistant.
Ms Ye claimed that Sonia’s assistant had approached her personally and persuaded her to publish their crafted apology letter. Ms Ye initially had reservations to publish the apology letter as the statement was “not partially the truth”. After several rounds of persuasion and for fear of backlash by Sonia’s fans, Ms Ye finally agreed to publish the letter.
According to Ms Ye, Sonia’s assistant had also said that Sonia would clarify the incident for her within three days and would also visit her personally to offer her apologies. However, after four days, Sonia only mentioned causally about the incident in her statement and did not visit or apologise to her.
Ms Ye felt that she was being made use by Sonia and her assistant and said angrily, “I was so stupid to believe her words. I liked her initially and even spent money to watch The Fierce Wife movie. It was really a misjudgement.”
Ms Ye also blasted the actress for being arrogant and that her love for stray dogs was all ”packaged”.
Sonia’s manager responded that they did not have Ms Ye’s number and all communication was done by the drama crew.
