According to Hollywood Reporter, Tang Wei and Leehom Wang are set to join Michael Mann’s untitled cyber thriller, produced by Legendary Pictures.
It was earlier reported that many Asian stars such as Tang Wei, Nick Cheung, Shawn Yue and Michael Tong went for an audition last month when Michael Mann was in Hong Kong to check out the filming sites.
Tang Wei and Leehom reportedly will join onboard the hollywood film and will play a brother and sister.
Tang Wei will also play a love interest to the Thor’s star, Chris Hemsworth. This will be the second collaboration of Tang Wei and Leehom after starring in Ang Lee’s Lust, Caution <色，戒>. Academy Award nominee Viola Davis will also join the cast.
Filming is expected to commence on June 2013.
