Wedding bells may be ringing soon for Moses Chan and Aimee Chan!

Next Magazine reported that Moses had recently bought a Beverly Hills detached villa which costs HK$33.68 million. The Beverly Hills is an upscale, private gated community in Tai Po, New Territories in Hong Kong. Each unit faces a breathtaking sea view, with 4 storeys and a roof top terrace. The amenities include a luxurious club which includes a private cinema, health spa, function room, swimming pool, a cafe and etc.

Dating Aimee for two years, Moses has viewed Aimee as his marriage partner. Although the couple is not officially married, Moses reportedly is already planning to add Aimee’s name in the title deed! In earlier interview, Moses has also disclosed that he would open a joint savings account with Aimee.

An insider said, “Moses is a stable person, but Aimee is lively and fun-loving. Although they have different personalities, it is amazing that they can click very well. Moses has mentioned to friends before that marriage is a matter of time. He will concentrate on building his savings and plans the future with Aimee.”

Under the introduction of Evergreen Mak, Moses sought the advice from famed Fengshui master. Master Miu, who is popular among celebrities such as Wayne Lai, Eddie Cheung and Louis Koo, has given Moses tips on his home interior and property purchase after calculating Aimee and his birth dates.

Last Friday, Moses reportedly met up with his property agent at the developer’s (Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd) office at IFC building to sign the provisional sale and purchase agreement. After two hours, Moses was spotted carrying an envelope with Henderson’s logo on it.

Known to be a savvy investor, Moses has invested in a office building with his family in 2004. In February this year, he set up a new company called The Black Drop Limited and plans to invest in a office unit in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. In recent years, Moses is said to have profited a great deal from his property investments.
