Following yesterday’s report that Charlie Yeung is about to wed her Singaporean boyfriend on this Saturday, the 39-year-old actress has confirmed her wedding on her Weibo.
“I have a joyous news to share. I am getting married with my other half! Although we had been apart due to our work, we would often encourage, care and support each other like good friends. Gradually, we treat each other as family and this prompted us to enter into a new phase of our lives. We are both grateful for the fate that is not easy to come by,” wrote Charlie.
Charlie’s manager has also sent to press a photo of her and her fiancé, Khoo Shao Tze posing lovingly in the water.
It is understood that the couple will hold their wedding at W Hotel in Singapore this Saturday and will invite around 300 guests to witness their special moment.
About 20 close friends of the couple from the entertainment industry, such as Gigi Leung, Aaron Kwok, Chilam Cheung and Anita Yuen, Angelica Lee, etc will be attending their wedding. Taiwanese singer, Valen Hsu will be Charlie’s bridesmaid at the wedding.
