Charmaine Sheh support Kate Tsui and Tavia Yeung to win TV Queen Award

Clad in a sexy low-cut evening gown, Charmaine Sheh (佘诗曼) attended a lighting ceremony at Yau Tsim Mong District, Hong Kong a few days ago.

Charmaine’s last drama in TVB,  When Heaven Burns has a good chance of nomination in this year TVB Anniversary Awards. Charmaine’s role in the drama has left a lasting impression in viewers’ minds, making her a strong contender to the TV Queen award.

Asked about her winning chances, Charmaine said, “I never though of vying for the award, but winning it will be a big encouragement.”

Charmaine also said that she was not sure if When Heaven Burns would make it into the final nomination list. She may not be able to attend the award ceremony as she needs to resume her filming in China.

Charmaine supports Kate and Tavia

Charmaine already watched Kate Tsui’s (徐子珊) Highs and Lows and Tavia Yeung’s (杨怡) Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles and thought that they both were equally good.

Asked who she felt would win the award, Charmaine reply, “They both have my vote each. I have not watched Michelle Yim’s (米雪)The Confidant so I can’t comment.”

Charmaine also said that she supported Raymond Lam (林峰) to clinch the TV King award (林峰).

“I support all of them. They are all my friends. I do not want to name one person and offend the other one.”

Charmaine was also asked if she had sent her regards to her rumoured ex-boyfriend, Kevin Cheng (郑嘉颖) as he was injured earlier during filming.

“He replied me: ‘I am fine, do not worry!’ I hope that he has a speedy recovery. Actually a man looks more macho with some scars. I also have scar myself!”
