Although receiving rave reviews for her performance in Highs and Lows <雷霆掃毒>, Kate Tsui (徐子珊) is plaqued by scandals one after another.
Earlier, she was rumoured to have rekindled her romance with heavenly king, Leon Lai (黎明). Yet another tabloid now claimed that there were love sparks between Kate and her co-star Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) in Lives of Omission .
While attending a car racing event in Shanghai recently, Kate was photographed hugging Bosco after winning the race. Dispelling the rumours, Kate said, “Everyone hugged after winning the race. They (tabloids) only published this particular photo.”
Kate also revealed that she would play Bosco’s lover in a new movie and was not concerned about the scandals. “There’s nothing we can do. The scandals will always be there, and it’s not the first time. We both understand. There is no such thing, so we just laugh it off and move on,” said Kate.
Tabloids also reported that Leon had a preference for women with thick lips and labelled Kate as one of these women in the ‘thick lips’ category.
“I did not pay attention to the reports. That’s how the tabloids categorised them (Leon’s rumoured girlfriends). I do not think that I have thick lips. I really do not think so!”
