Ruco Chan and Nancy Wu won the awards for Most Searched Male and Female TV Artistes at the Yahoo Asia Buzz Awards 2015 yesterday.
Ruco, who recently was crowned TV King in Singapore and Malaysia said that this year is an unexpected year as he has a bountiful year. He will also need to buy a cabinet to display all his trophies.
Asked if he had confidence to vie the Best Actor Award with Anthony Wong, Ruco said, “Anthony is ‘god’ level. I feel I have already won just by nominating with him. I worked with him in one to two movies when I first started acting. It’s a regret that I was not able to film Lord of Shanghai <梟雄> as I would like to learn from him.”
Ruco also said that he had prepared his clothing for the coming TVB Anniversary Awards. “This year is the most sincere year. There are many friends and colleagues supporting me. Many people told me to wear nicer this year.”
Nancy Wu, who is the hot favourite for TV Queen, wore a sexy deep V neck blouse yesterday. When asked if she would dress sexily at the TVB Anniversary Awards, Nancy said, “I have to dress up that night. I have prepared a see through dress.”
Nancy said that she is very happy to be hot favourite for this year’s TV Queen. Kristal Tin said that she would not give up vying the award. Nancy said, “Yes! I will not give up too. I hope that Ghost of Relativity <鬼同你OT> will have good results.”
Asked if she would hope to repeat the results at the TVB Star Awards Malaysia 2015 to win the award together with Kristal, Nancy said, “I don’t know. It was a talking point the last time. Many people asked me if I would win the award with Kristal again. I don’t dare to think about it, but I am happy that many people are rooting for me!”
